My name is Sari Shuster and I am a middle school math teacher at Port Chester Middle School. Currently I am certified in Elementary, Middle School Mathematics and High School Mathematics. I love working in a place that is so culturally diverse. Port Chester is my first teaching job, and so I believe that it is important to make it the best learning experience possible. I received my Bachelors from the University of Delaware, and I am currently planning to receive my masters in Educational Technology in the classroom from NYIT.
During my spare time, I love playing tennis. I played on scholarship at the University of Delaware. It is a great sport to know how to play (as I can continue to play even after graduating from college). Additionally, some of my favorite things to do include shopping, running, going to the gym, talking on the phone, going out on weekends in NYC to see my friends from school, and seeing Broadway shows. Additionally, I love traveling. I have been to a wide variety of places (most of the states in the US, Canada, England, Italy, France, Switzerland, Israel, and China). I feel very lucky to have had the opportunities to travel a lot, but there are still many places that I would love to explore. I want to go to a variety of countries in South America, Greece, Spain, and Hawaii!
